ShipFix ("we", "our", "us") provides tools to detect and fix shipment tracking anomalies for Shopify merchants.
1. Data We Process
To provide app functionality, we process data necessary to run scans and fixes, including:
- shop identifiers (for example shop domain and internal shop ID);
- order/fulfillment operational data needed for tracking analysis (for example order reference, fulfillment tracking number, tracking company, and fulfillment status);
- technical and error logs required for reliability and support.
We do not use merchant data for unrelated purposes.
2. Purpose of Processing
We process data to:
- detect shipping tracking anomalies;
- apply tracking fixes when requested by the merchant;
- provide app features, monitoring, troubleshooting, and security.
3. Data Retention
We retain data only for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. Data is deleted or anonymized when no longer required.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may use subprocessors strictly to run the service infrastructure (for example hosting, database, logging, email provider), under contractual safeguards.
5. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
